We provide custom therapeutic trips for at-risk youth, youth with special needs, persons with developmental disabilities and girl’s and women’s groups. The youth we usually serve are eight through thirteen, although we will serve any age group. Organizations come to us because we combine the “hard skills” needed to have a successful wilderness trip with the “soft skills” of professional human services workers.
We also provide consultation and training for licensed professionals such as social workers, psychologist and professional counselors on wilderness and adventure therapy. This includes the practice of these methods and integrating the methods into practice through treatment planning and referral. In addition, we can provide clinical supervision in the state of South Carolina.
